- 1/2 package frozen leaf spinach
- 1 onion
- 1 stick of leek
- 100 g red grapes
- 100 ml vegetable broth
- 100 ml cream (or soja cream)
- 60 g gorgonzola
- Cut kohlrabi in thin sticks. Cut leeks into thin rings. Let the spinach defrost in a pot. Chop onions. Mix cream and broth.
- Heat olive oil in a pan. Shortly fry kohlrabi for 2 min. Add leeks and onion and fry for nother 2 min. Add spinach, broth mix and grapes. Bring to boil and let it boil for 3 min. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Add gorgonzola and let it melt slightly before serving.
