Salad with Pumpkin, Blue Cheese, Pear and Walnut


This is another Salad which fits perfectly in the season of autumn!




Ingredients (for 1 portion):

  • big hand full of rocket salad
  • 1/4 hokkaido pumpkin
  • 1/2 pear
  • 20g of blue cheese
  • 1 hand full of walnuts

For the dressing check my vinaigrette recipe

Cut the pumpkin into cubes and boil for around 10-15 minutes. Dress the salad with the vinaigrette and top it with sliced pear, lukewarm pumpkin pieces, crumbled blue cheese and walnuts. I added a pinch of cinnamon on top. Enjoy ♥
